Patricia’s Sitting Bull design honors the profound contributions Native Americans have made to our culture - contributions Patricia loves to celebrate and promote. This wrap skirt echoes the primitive use of handcrafted deer hides by Native peoples, reimagined in a contemporary, wearable work of art. Hand-cut "baby fringe" flows around the hem adds movement.
