La Mesa Duster made in suede with Patricia's original hand-painted Lakota paint design accenting the pockets. Also features fringe at the hem and front, with faux turquoise and nickel silver studs on the front and pockets. The styling allows for a comfortable fit. Hook and eye front secures the closure. Patricia Wolf apparel is custom made to each customers size proportions.
