Chief Joseph Pillow features an image of the chief printed on linen fabric. Joseph was the chief of the Nez Perce tribe in Northeastern Oregon. Forced from his homeland, he traveled to the Dakotas. Chief Joseph was admired by cavalry soldiers but feared by the U.S. government for his cunning and bravery. Joseph was later recognized for his humanitarian nature and known as a peacemaker. He was famously quoted as saying, "Where the sun stands in the sky today, I will fight no more".  Made in linen with 3-inch deer suede fringe, and polyester form.
